六味葛蓝降脂片辅助降血脂功能的动物试验研究

Animal experimental study of Liuwei Gelan Jiangzhi Tablets as an adjuvant therapy on lowering blood lipid

目的通过辅助降血脂动物试验研究,探讨六味葛蓝降脂片的保健功能。方法取高血脂模型大鼠40只,随机分为模型对照组以及六味葛蓝降脂片低、中、高剂量组,分别给予相应药物,每日1次,连续给样30 d,观察大鼠的血清TC、TG、LDL-C含量。结果与模型对照组比较,六味葛蓝降脂片各剂量组的血清TC和TG含量剂量依赖性降低,中、高剂量组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),六味葛根蓝降脂片各剂量组的LDL-C和HDL-C与模型对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在本试验条件下,六味葛蓝降脂片具有辅助降血脂功能。

Objective To explore the healthcare function of Liuwei Gelan Jiangzhi Tablets by assistant animal experimental study on blood lipid lowering. Methods A total of 40 hyperlipidemia model rats were selected and randomly divided into the model control group and the Liuwei Gelan Jiangzhi Tablets in low, medium and high dose groups. The corresponding drugs were given once a day for 30 days. Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) content in rats was observed. Results Compared with the model control group, content of serum TC and TG in three different Liuwei Gelan Jiangzhi Tablets groups decreased in a dose-dependent manner, the difference between the medium and high dose groups was significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and compared with the model control group, the LDL-C and HDL-C content in three different Liuwei Gelan Jiangzhi Tablets groups had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Under this experiment conditions, Liuwei Gelan Jiangzhi Tablet has the adjuvant function of reducing blood lipid.
