小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、同型半胱氨酸及D-二聚体测定在冠心病诊断中的临床意义

Clinical significance of small dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol, ho-mocysteine and D-Dimer in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

目的分析小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、同型半胱氨酸及D-二聚体测定在冠心病诊断中的临床意义。方法选取2017年2月～2018年12月我院收治的100例冠心病患者作为观察组,并选取同期的100例健康体检者作为对照组,对两组受检者分别实施小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、同型半胱氨酸、D-二聚体水平的测定,分析两组受检者的各项水平。结果观察组冠心病患者小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、同型半胱氨酸、D-二聚体水平均高于对照组健康体检者(P<0.05);双支病变与三支病变患者的小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、同型半胱氨酸、D-二聚体水平高于单支病变患者,三支病变患者各的项水平高于双支病变患者(P<0.05)。结论小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、同型半胱氨酸、D-二聚体水平的测定有利于冠心病患者的诊断,能为冠心病患者后期治疗提供依据。

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol, homocysteine and D-dimer in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were selected as observation group, and 100 healthy people in the same period were selected as control group. The levels of small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol, homocysteine and D-dimer were measured in two groups, and the levels of each group were analyzed. Results The levels of small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol, homocysteine and D-dimer in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol, homocysteine and D-dimer in the patients with two-vessel lesions and three-vessel lesions were higher than those in the patients with single-vessel lesions, and the levels of three-vessel lesions were higher than those in the patients with double-vessel lesions (P<0.05). Conclusion The determination of small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol, homocysteine and D-dimer levels is conducive to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, and can provide evidence for the later treatment of coronary heart disease.
