安全护理在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩中的应用效果

Application effect of safety nursing in vaginal delivery of second pregnan-cy of scarred uterus

目的探讨安全护理在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩中的应用效果。方法选取江西省长征医院及南昌大学第二附属医院2016年1月～2018年6月收治的102例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各51例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上,强化产程安全护理。比较两组的住院时间、出血量及护理满意度。结果观察组出血量[(251.6±36.4)ml]少于对照组[(844.1±87.1)ml],差异有统计学意义(t=9.53,P<0.05);观察组的住院时间[(4.0±1.3)d]明显短于对照组[(5.7±1.7)d],差异有统计学意义(t=3.46,P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度(98.04%)高于对照组(80.39%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.69,P<0.05)。结论对瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩产妇,基于常规护理开展产程安全护理干预,能减少出血及住院时间,提升护理质量,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the application effect of safety nursing in vaginal delivery of scar uterus with second pregnancy. Methods A total of 102 cases of parturient women with second pregnancy of scar uterus admitted to Jiangxi Changzheng Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, 51 cases in each group. Routine nursing intervention was carried out in the control group. On the basis of routine nursing, the observation group was given safe nursing of labor process. The length of hospital stay, blood loss and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The maternal blood loss in the observation group ([251.6+36.4] ml) was less than that in the control group ([844.1±87.1] ml), and the difference was statistically significant (t=9.53, P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the observation group ([4.0±1.3] d)was significantly shorter than that of the control group ([5.7±1.7] d), and the difference was statistically significant (t=3.46, P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction of the observation group (98.04%) was higher than that of the control group (80.39%), with statistical difference (χ2=4.69, P<0.05). Conclusion Based on conventional nursing, safe nursing intervention during delivery, reduce bleeding and hospitalization time, improve the quality of nursing and have high clinical application value.
