综合护理管理在肝硬化患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing management in patients with liver cirrhosis

目的研究肝硬化患者在治疗期间接受综合护理对生活质量产生的影响。方法选择2016年4月～2018年4月在我院接受治疗的50例肝硬化患者,按随机分组法分成对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组实施常规消化内科护理;观察组实施综合护理管理。比较两组护理前后自拟生活质量问卷评分的改善效果、对护理的满意度、并发症情况、肝功能水平复常时间和住院治疗总时间。结果观察组护理后的自拟生活质量问卷评分、护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的肝功能水平复常时间和住院总时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化患者在治疗期间接受综合护理,可在短时间内控制肝病症状,改善生活质量,减少并发症发生,缩短恢复时间,从而使患者对护理满意度提高。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the quality of life of patients with liver cirrhosis during treatment. Methods A total of 50 patients with cirrhosis who treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine digestive medicine nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing management. The improvement effect of self-designed quality of life questionnaire score, satisfaction with nursing, complications, recovery time of liver function and total hospitalization time before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of self-designed quality of life questionnaire and total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the recovery time of liver function and the total hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing during treatment can control the symptoms of liver diseases in a short time, improve the quality of life, reduce complications and shorten recovery time, so as to improve patients′satisfaction with nursing.
