中医治疗焦虑症用药规律分析

Analysis on the Medication Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Anxiety Disorder

目的探讨中医药治疗焦虑症的用药规律,为临床用药提供指导。方法在"万方数据""中国知网"以"焦虑症"主题词,"中医治疗""中医药治疗"为副主题词,搜寻2000—2018年的相关文献,共搜索到文献306篇,其中符合条件的文献59篇,将符合条件的59篇文献中所涉及到的单味药物输入Excel 2003进行统计学用药规律分析。结果 59篇文献中,共涉及复方74首,药物115种,用药频次达976次,其中用药频次大于20次的分别为甘草、茯苓、柴胡、白芍、酸枣仁、半夏、当归、远志、黄连、牡蛎、龙骨、黄芩、栀子、枳实,按照中药类别分析,用药最多的类别分别是补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药及安神药。结论益气养阴、清热安神、活血化瘀对于治疗焦虑症具有良好的疗效。

Objective To explore the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of anxiety disorders and to provide guidance for clinical drug use.Methods In Wanfang Data and China Knowledge Network,the words"anxiety disorder","Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment"and"Chinese Medicine Treatment"were used as subtopics to search for related literature from 2000 to 2018.Of the 306 articles,59 of which met the criteria,the single-drugs involved in the 59 eligible articles were imported into Excel 2003 for statistical analysis.Results Of the 59 articles,74 were combined with 115 drugs,and the frequency of drug use was 976 times.The frequency of drug use was more than 20 times,namely Licorice,Poria,Bupleurum,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Jujube kernel,Pinellia ternata,Angelica sinensis,Polygala,Coptis,Oyster,keel,Radix Scutellariae,Gardenia,Fructus Aurantii.According to the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine categories,the most common categories of drugs are tonic,heat-clearing drugs,blood-activating phlegm and tranquilizers.Conclusion Tonifying qi and yin,clearing heat and soothing the nerves,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis have good curative effect on treating anxiety.
