糖尿病合并冠心病中医证型及证素分布规律研究

Study on Traditioanl Chinese Medicine Syndrome Types and Syndrome Distribution of Diabetes Mellitus with Coronary Heart Disease

目的通过文献检索研究糖尿病合并冠心病中医证型及证素分布规律,以期为临床辨证提供参考。方法计算机检索2008—2018年中国期刊全文数据库等有关糖尿病合并冠心病的中医药研究文献,建立Excel病案数据库进行数据统计分析。结果共筛选出目标文献115篇,病例251例,糖尿病合并冠心病的常见证型为气阴两虚证、气虚血瘀证、痰瘀痹阻证。糖尿病合并冠心病主要病位证素是心、脾、胸膈、肺、肾,主要病性证素是阴虚、气虚、血瘀、痰、气滞。对频数大于20的病位及病性证素进行聚类分析,得到3个聚类组。结论本研究初步反映了糖尿病合并冠心病中医证型及证素分布规律,为进一步确定临床辨证分型标准提供了有益的参考价值。

Objective To study the TCM syndrome types and syndrome distribution of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease,and to provide reference for clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods The computer retrieved the Chinese journal research literature on diabetes and coronary heart disease from 2008 to 2018,and established the Excel case database for statistical analysis.Results A total of 115 target literatures were selected and 251 cases were found.The common syndromes of diabetes with coronary heart disease were qi and yin deficiency syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and phlegm stasis syndrome.The main syndromes of diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease are heart,spleen,chest,lung and kidney.The main syndromes are yin deficiency,qi deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm and qi stagnation.Cluster analysis was performed on the diseased and diseased syndromes with frequency above 20,and three clusters were obtained.Conclusion This study initially reflected the distribution of TCM syndromes and syndromes in patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease,and provided useful reference value for further determining the clinical syndrome differentiation criteria.
