黄连增液汤治疗更年期失眠症25例

Huanglian Zengye Decoction in Treating Menopause Insomnia for 25 Cases

目的观察黄连增液汤加减治疗女性更年期失眠的疗效。方法选取2017年4月—2017年12月本院收治由于更年期导致失眠的患者25例作为研究对象。利用黄连增液汤加减疗法进行治疗。结果痊愈、显效、有效及无效分别为13、5、4、3例。黄连增液汤以半夏泻心汤、增液汤为立方基础。取"心胃同治"之意,通畅壅堵之中焦,泻南补北,以"和"法协调衰退的脏腑机能,恢复气血的正常运行,使心肾之间达到一种新的平衡状态从而起到治疗作用。结论黄连增液汤加减疗法对女性更年期失眠具有疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effects of Huanglian Zengye decoction in treating menopause insomnia in female.Methods 25 insomnia patients caused by climacterium who received medical treatment in our hospital were enrolled from April 2017 to to December 2017 in the study.Huanglian Zengye decoction was used in these patients.Results The cure cases,significantly effective cases,effective cases and ineffective cases were 13,5,4 and 3,respectively.Huanglian Zengye decoction coordinates the declined viscera function with the method of"He"to restore the regular law of qi and blood circulation and achieve a new balance situation between kidney and heart.Conclusion Huanglian Zengye decoction had therapeutic effects on menopause insomnia in female which deserves clinical use.
