电针围刺结合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹30例

Electro-acupuncture Encircling Needling Combined with Pricking and Cupping in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster for 30 Cases

目的探讨电针围刺结合刺络拔罐放血在治疗带状疱疹中的作用。方法选择已确诊的60例带状疱疹患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加电针围刺和刺络拔罐放血治疗,治疗20 d后对治疗效果进行分析。结果对照组有效率为76.7%,治疗组有效率为96.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针围刺结合刺络拔罐放血治疗带状疱疹疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the role of electro-acupuncture encircling needling combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 60 patients with herpes zoster who were diagnosed.Patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received western drugs,and the others in the treatment group received electro-acupuncture encircling needling combined with pricking and cupping.The curative effects were analyzed after 20 days of treatment.Results The curative effect in the control group and the treatment group was 76.7%and 96.7%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The electro-acupuncture encircling needling combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster has remarkable effect.
