以六经辨证治疗外感发热症体会

Experience of Syndrome Differentiation of Six Channels Theory in Treating Exogenous Fever

《伤寒论》是中医经典著作之一,所记载的方子为经方。《伤寒论》确立了六经辨证体系。六经皆有表证,非独太阳病有表证。发热是临床常见症状,多见于外感病症。临床以经典理论为依据,对患者症状、体征进行分析鉴别,确定病位、病性、病机。采用六经辨证方法,使用经方,治疗外感发热疗程短,治疗效果显著。本文通过发热病案进行分析。

The Shanghan Lun is one of the classic academic works in traditional Chinese medical science,and the prescriptions in the book are classic formulas.The Shanghan Lun established syndrome differentiation of six channels theory.There are exterior syndromes in six channels,not only in the taiyang disease.Fever is a common clinical symptom.Exogenous fever is common clinical symptoms.Based on the classical theory,the clinical symptoms and signs of patients were analyzed and identified to determine the location,nature and pathogenesis of the disease.Using syndrome differentiation of six channels theory method and classical prescription,the treatment course of exogenous fever is short,and the treatment effect is remarkable.This paper illustrates the clinical application of syndrome differentiation of six channels theory in treating exogenous fever.
