针刺护理对周围性面瘫的应用效果评价

Evaluation on the Effect of Acupuncture Nursing in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的分析评价针刺护理对周围性面瘫患者的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年5月接受治疗的周围性面瘫患者52例,根据患者个人的治疗护理意愿,分为2组(护理A组和护理B组)。护理A组在常规一般护理基础上继续接受针刺护理,护理B组患者则只接受常规护理,分析比较针刺护理对患者产生的疗效。结果护理A组中无效的患者例数为1例,有效率为96.2%;护理B组无效的患者例数为6例,有效率为76.9%。护理A组治疗的有效率高于护理B组,且护理A组的恢复耗时少于护理B组(t=3.6174,P=0.0007),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对周围性面瘫患者继续给予针刺护理,可以起到疏通患者经脉,加快疾病愈合的功效,同时可有效调节患者的自卑等负性情绪。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of acupuncture nursing on patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 52 cases patients with facial paralysis(treated in our hospital for between January 2017 and May 2018)were selected as the research objects.According to the patients and nursing care of patients with personal willingness,they were divided into nursing group A and nursing group B.Among them,the nursing group A received conventional nursing care on the basis of acupuncture nursing.The nursing group B patients accepted routine nursing care.The curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion nursing on the patients was compared.Results The invalid patients in group A had one case,and the effective rate was 96.2%.In nursing group B,the numbers of invalid patients were 6 cases,and the effective rate was 76.9%.The nursing effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B,and nursing recovery time group A was lower than that of group B(t=3.6174,P=0.0007),and there had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous acupuncture nursing care for patients with peripheral facial paralysis can help to clear the meridians of patients,accelerate the healing of the disease,and effectively regulate negative emotions such as inferiority.
