基于中医理论的辨证施护在缺血性脑卒中的应用

The Application of Syndrome Differentiation Nursing in Patients with Ischemic Stroke Based on Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨基于中医理论的辨证施护在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法 88例缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上,应用基于中医理论的辨证护理。比较2组卒中量表(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力量表(Barther)、肢体运动能力(Fugl-Meyer)、希望水平(HHI)。结果观察组干预后NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后Barther、Fugl-Meyer评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后积极的态度、积极的行动、亲密关系及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于中医理论的辨证施护可提高缺血性脑卒中患者的康复效果和希望水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of syndrome differentiation nursing in patients with ischemic stroke based on basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 88 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group applied syndrome differentiation nursing based on basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The stroke scale(NIHSS),daily activity capacity scale(Barther),limb motor ability(Fugl-Meyer)and hope level(HHI)was compared.Results After intervention,NIHSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Barther and fugl-meyer scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The positive attitude,positive action,intimate relationship and total score of the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,syndrome differentiation nursing can improve the rehabilitation effect and hope of patients with ischemic stroke.
