泌尿系结石中医辨证存在的问题分析与对策

Problems and Counter measures of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation in Urinary Calculi

通过对《中医病证诊断疗效标准》、统编教材《中医外科学》、统编教材《中西医结合外科学》《泌尿系结石》等多种权威文献,以及学术界近20年来发表的文献中泌尿系结石中医辨证的综合考察分析,揭示权威文献与学术界之间泌尿系结石中医辨证存在的各种问题。研究表明,本病中医辨证标准极不规范,各证所属症状杂乱无章,与病无关症状繁多;同证异名、同症异名非常普遍;临床辨证各行其是,中医辨证标准形同虚设。因此,应该在统一证名和规范症状的基础上,给证和各证所属症状合理"瘦身"。借以提出本病中医辨证规范的思路与方法。

The authoritative literature and academic circles have been revealed through the comprehensive investigation and analysis on the TCM syndrome differentiation of TCM syndrome diagnosis,the textbook traditional Chinese medicine surgery,the unified textbook integrated Chinese and Western medicine and urinary calculi,as well as the comprehensive investigation and analysis of TCM syndrome differentiation of urinary calculi in the literature published in the past 20 years.There are various problems in TCM syndrome differentiation of urolithiasis.The research shows that the TCM syndrome differentiation standard of this disease is very unstandard,and the symptoms of each syndrome are disorderly and unrelated to the disease,the same syndrome and the same name are very common,and the clinical syndrome differentiation is different and the TCM syndrome differentiation standard is the same.Therefore,on the basis of unifying the names and standardizing symptoms,it is necessary to give the syndrome and the symptoms of each certificate reasonable"slimming",in order to put forward the train of thought and method of differentiation of symptoms and signs in TCM.
