护理风险预警及预控管理在急诊抢救室的应用

Application of nursing risk early warning and control management in emergency room

目的规范急诊抢救室患者安全管理,规避护理风险,提高护理质量。方法建立急诊护理风险预警及预控管理体系,包括科内三级管理、规范使用急诊患者风险评估表、安全知识培训与模拟应急演练、全方位实施质量控制。结果抢救室实施护理风险预警及预控管理后,危重患者转运意外发生率及不良事件发生率均下降,护理质量提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论急诊护理风险预警及预控管理体系的建立和运用有助于减少不良事件的发生,保障抢救室患者的护理安全,促进护理质量的持续改进。

Objective To standard the patients,safety management in emergency room,avoid the nursing risks and improve the quality of emergency nursing care.Methods We established the emergency nursing risk early warning and control management system including three levels of management within the department,standardized use of emergency patient risk assessment forms,safety training and simulation exercises and implementation of quality control in all aspects.Results After application of the nursing risk early warning and control management,incidence of adverse events and the transport accident in critically ill patients were decreased.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the nursing risk early warning and control management in emergency room can reduce the adverse events,ensure the patients'safety and continuously improve the quality of nursing care.
