局部联合小切口治疗颧骨复合体骨折的疗效评价

Effect evaluation of combined local small incisions in the treatment of zygomatic complex fractures

目的探讨局部联合小切口(多个局部微小切口的联合使用)治疗颧骨复合体骨折的疗效和优点。方法选取我院160例颧骨复合体骨折患者,根据手术切口不同分为A、B两组,A组110例采用局部联合小切口,B组50例采用冠状切口,比较两组患者术后自我满意度评分(VAS)及术后并发症发生率等。结果 A、B两组骨折均能达到良好解剖复位。A组患者的术后自我满意度评分明显高于B组,早期及远期并发症的发生例数均少于B组(P <0. 05);且A组手术时间短、术中出血量少,住院费用更低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论局部联合小切口具有切口隐蔽、并发症少的优点,患者接受度高,对于颧骨颧弓复合体骨折的治疗能得到令人满意的效果。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and advantages of combined local small incisions( CLSI) in the treatment of zygomatic complex fracture.Methods A retrospective study was performed in 160 patients with zygomatic complex fractures. The patients were divided into A and B groups according to the surgical incisions.The group A( n = 110) underwent local multiple small incisions,and the group B( n = 50) underwent coronary incisions.The postoperative self-satisfaction scores( VAS) and rates of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The fractures had been reconstructed accurately in both groups. However,the postoperative self-satisfaction scores were significantly higher and the rates of the temporal and permanent complications in the group A were lower than those in the group B( P < 0. 05).Moreover,the blood loss was less,the operation time was shorter and the hospitalization expenses was less in the group A than those in the group B( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The combined local small incision can be concealed and has fewer complications.The patients’ acceptance was high.Therefore,the effects of the treatment for the zygomatic complex fracture by the CLSI approach are nice and satisfactory.
