摘要
目的探讨早期营养管理对老年急性脑卒中患者营养状态、神经功能修复、生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年1~12月在我院住院的200例老年急性脑卒中的患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各100例,在常规抗卒中治疗前提下,观察组接受综合营养评估及个体化营养护理,对照组采取常规营养护理。经过4周治疗后,比较两组患者营养状况、神经功能缺损评分以及日常生活能力评分。结果老年急性脑卒中后营养状况均下降,住院4周后观察组患者营养状况高于对照组,神经功能恢复及生活自理能力评分均高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论老年患者患急性脑卒中后营养状况呈恶化趋势,但早期营养管理可有效修复神经功能,改善患者预后,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of early nutrition management on nutritional status,neurofunction repair and quality of life in elderly patients with acute stroke.Methods Two hundred elderly patients with acute stroke in our hospital from January2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation or control group,100 in each group. The observation group received a comprehensive nutrition assessment and an individualized nutrition nursing under the precondition of conventional anti-apoplexy,while the control group received a normal nutritional care under routine treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the nutritional status,neurological deficit score and daily life assessment were compared between the two groups.Results The nutritional status of the elderly patients with acute stroke was decreased. After 4 weeks of hospitalization,the nutritional status,neural function recovery and self-management were higher but incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The nutritional status of elderly patients after acute stroke is worsening,but early nutrition management can effectively repair the nerve function,and improve the prognosis and the quality of life of the patients.
