摘要
管理的核心是人,如何对人进行激励,提高其积极性和创造能力,是管理工作中的核心要素。马斯洛需要层次理论是现代管理理论中相对重要的构成部分,是经典的西方人本注意心理学理论,医院科研管理中怎样合理应用马斯洛需要层次理论逐渐成为人性管理理念的重要课题,该院需要结合基本国情院情之后分析当前存在的问题,依据马斯洛需要层次理论提出明确的管理改善措施,尽可能满足不同科研人员的不同需求,激发科研人员的潜力和能力。该文以该院实施相应科研激励措施前后的,阐明马斯洛需要理论在医院科研管理中的应用价值。
The core of management is people.How to motivate people and improve their enthusiasm and creativity is the core element of management.Maslow's need for hierarchical theory is a relatively important component of modern management theory.It is a classic Western humanistic attentional psychology theory.How to rationally apply Maslow's need for hierarchical theory to gradually become an important topic of human management.Our hospital needs to analyze the current problems after combining the basic national conditions,and propose clear management improvement measures based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs,to meet the different needs of different researchers as much as possible,and to stimulate the potential and capabilities of researchers as much as possible.This paper in the hospital before and after the implementation of the corresponding scientific research incentives,to clarify the application value of Maslow's need theory in hospital scientific research management.
