“零缺陷”护理管理理念在新生儿监护室护理中的应用

Application of "Zero defect" Nursing Management Concept in Neonatal Intensive Care

目的观察分析"零缺陷"护理管理理念在新生儿监护室护理中的应用价值。方法选取于2017年11月—2018年10月在该院分娩的100例新生儿纳入该次研究,依照分娩时间将新生儿分为两组,对照组新生儿应用常规护理管理理念,观察组新生儿应用"零缺陷"护理管理理念,比较两组效果。结果两组新生儿的脱管,体温偏低、感染、渗漏等不良事件的发生率对比,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组新生儿家长对医院护理的满意度对比,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施"零缺陷"护理管理,能够有效避免各种新生儿监护室不良事件的发生,能够提高新生儿的护理质量与家长满意度,值得在临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the application value of"zero defect"nursing management concept in neonatal intensive care.Methods 100 neonates born in our hospital from November 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study.The newborns were divided into two groups according to the delivery time method.The newborns in the control group were treated with routine nursing management concepts,and the observation group newborns use the"zero defect"nursing management concept to compare the effects of the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events such as devascularization,low body temperature,infection,and leakage were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of hospitalized nursing care between the two groups of newborn parents was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of"zero defect"nursing management can effectively avoid the occurrence of adverse events in various neonatal intensive care units,improve the quality of care of newborns and the satisfaction of parents,and it is worth further promotion and application in clinical practice.
