Analysis and Protection of Occupational Exposure Status of Medical Staff in Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的探讨妇产科医务人员职业暴露现状和防护措施。方法选取2017年11月—2018年11月该院60例妇产科医务人员为研究对象,回顾性问卷调查他们的职业暴露经历和防护问题。结果职业暴露在一年内发生的医务人员有60例,其中暴露原因58.33%为锐器损伤,43.33%为血液羊水接触破损皮肤或黏膜。其中掰安瓿时加垫纱布、接触母乳时戴手套等防护行为得分最低。结论妇产科医务人员存在较大职业暴露风险,需要对医务人员加强职业暴露防护安全教育,严格按照规范流程开展工作,做好职业暴露后的预防和上报处理工作,保障妇产科医务人员的从业安全。

Objective To explore the status quo and protective measures of occupational exposure of medical staff in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 60 cases of obstetrics and gynaecology medical staff in the hospital from Norember 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and their occupational exposure experience and protection problems were investigated retrospectively.Results There were 60 medical staff exposed to occupational exposure within one year,of which 58.33%were due to sharp injury and 43.33%were damaged by contact with damaged skin or mucous membrane.Among them,the protective action scores such as adding gauze and wearing gloves when contacting breast milk were the lowest.Conclusion Obstetrics and gynaecology medical personnel have a large occupational exposure risk.It is necessary to strengthen the occupational exposure protection safety education for medical personnel,carry out the work in strict accordance with the standard procedures,do a good job of prevention and reporting after occupational exposure,and ensure the medical staff safety of employment of obstetrics and gynecology.
