乡镇卫生院内科常见不合理用药问题及其对策

Common Irrational Drug Use Problems in Internal Medicine of Township Hospitals and Their Countermeasures

目的主要研究分析乡镇卫生院消化内科常见不合理用药问题及其对策。方法收集2014—2017年收治的1500例消化内科患者资料分析其不合理用药情况。结果2014—2017年收治的1 500例消化内科患者中含不合理用药280例,不合理用药率为18.7%,其中原因包括给药量超量、重复用药、联合给药不合理、药物不良反应。结论乡镇卫生院消化内科应加强药物使用管理。在治疗过程中,医生应充分考虑患者的病情严重程度,了解患者的病情和既往病史,严格遵循药物处方,合理治疗疾病,促进临床合理用药。

Objective To study and analyze the common irrational use of drugs in the digestive medicine of township hospitals and their countermeasures.Methods According to the data of 1 500 patients with digestive medicine admitted to the hospital from 2014 to 2017,the irrational drug use was analyzed.Results The data showed that 1 500 cases of digestive medicine patients admitted from 2014 to 2017 contained 280 unreasonable medications,and the unreasonable medication rate was 18.7%.The reasons included excessive dose,repeated medication,and unreasonable combined administration,medication side effect.Conclusion The digestive medicine of township hospitals should strengthen the management of drug use.In the course of treatment,doctors should fully consider the severity of the patient's condition,understand the patient's condition and past medical history,strictly follow the drug prescription,rationally treat the disease,and promote clinical rational drug use.
