摘要
通过为期一周英国伦敦帝国理工学院护理管理与健康培训课程学习,在英国伦敦圣.玛丽医院(St.Mary’s Hospital)、查林十字医院(Charing Cross Hospital)等多家医院参观交流,了解英国医疗服务体系、护理教育、护士执业环境、社区护理以及护理质量改进方面的经验,对我国护理事业发展提出方法和建议。
Through a one-week course on nursing management and health training at Imperial College London,UK,visits and exchanges were conducted at St.Mary's Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital in London,UK,to learn about the UK medical service system,nursing education,nurses'working environment,community nursing and the improvement of nursing quality,to put forward methods and suggestions for the development of nursing in China.
