Optimizing the Training System for Undergraduate Professionals in Stomatology Technology with the Aim of Post Competency

目的探讨以岗位胜任力为目标在培养口腔医学技术本科人才的作用。方法以胜任力为目标,在口腔医学技术本科理论教学、技能教学、人文素质培养等方面进行了改革和实践,并对该专业现状和发展进行思考。结果以岗位胜任力为目标,能够进一步优化本专业人才培养体系,培养以素质为核心、以能力为本位,具有较高职业素养,知识和技能灵活应用的专业学生,适应社会产业对口腔医学技术人才的需求。结论以岗位胜任力为目标,贯穿到口腔医学技术本科教育教学过程中,是一种行之有效的培养模式。

Objective To explore the role of post-competence in the training of undergraduate talents in stomatology.Methods With the aim of competency,reform and practice in the theoretical teaching,skill teaching and humanistic quality training of stomatology technology.Think about the status quo and development of the profession.Results With the aim of post competence,we can further optimize the professional talent training system,and train professional students with quality as the core and competency-based,with high professional quality,knowledge and skills to adapt to the social industry of the stomatology.Conclusion With the aim of post competency,it is an effective training mode for the teaching of undergraduate education in stomatology.
