城市生育状况及未来趋势调查报告——基于北京丰台医院12789例临床数据

Investigation Report on Urban Fertility Status and Future Trends——Based on Clinical Data of 12789 Cases of Beijing Fengtai Hospital

目的回顾性分析北京丰台医院产妇及新生儿的资料,了解产妇的生育年龄、产次及新生儿性别比的变化,为人口预测模型的建立提供数据分析结果,以了解城市的生育状况及未来趋势。方法选取在北京丰台医院2006年1月—2018年9月分娩的产妇12 789例,按年份分为13组,收集产妇年龄,产次,户口所在地,新生儿性别的资料进行分析。结果 2006—2018年期间产妇的平均年龄及首次生育年龄均呈上升趋势,生育高峰段呈后移趋势,二胎的男女性别比高于同年一胎的性别比。结论近13年产妇的生育年龄逐渐上升,首次生育意愿呈下降态势,二胎产妇中新生儿男女性别比有所改善。生育理念和方式的变化将影响未来的人口构成,加重低生育率,加剧人口老龄化。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the maternal and neonatal data of Beijing Fengtai Hospital,to understand the changes in maternal age,parity and neonatal sex ratio,and to provide data analysis results for the establishment of population prediction models to understand the fertility status of the city and future trends.Methods A total of 12 789 women were born in Beijing Fengtai Hospital from January 2006 to September 2018.They were divided into 13 groups according to the year.The maternal age,parity,location of the household,and gender of the newborn were collected.Results The average age of the mothers and the first childbearing age showed an upward trend from 2006 to 2018.The peak length of the childbirth showed a trend of shifting.The sex ratio of the second child was higher than that of the same year.Conclusion The fertility age of women has gradually increased in the past 13 years,and the first birth intention has declined.The sex ratio of newborns in the second birth has improved.Changes in fertility concepts and methods will affect the future demographic composition,increase the low fertility rate,and increase the aging of the population.
