曲靖地区无偿献血人群中丙型肝炎病毒感染情况分析

Analysis of Hepatitis C Virus Infection in Unpaid Blood Donors in Qujing Area

目的了解曲靖地区无偿献血人群丙型肝炎感染情况及结构特征,为招募低危人群的献血者提供依据。方法对廖地区2015年6月—2017年12月101 141份献血者血液采用两个不同厂家的酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)试剂进行抗-HCV检测,以及一个厂家的混样核酸检测,并对检测结果和性别、年龄、文化程度、职业等进行统计分析。结果大学专科及以上的学生和军人、教师和公司职员、公务员和医务人员应为本地区招募的低危人群的献血者。结论应该在大学专科及以上的学生和军人、教师和公司职员、公务员和医务人员等低危人群的献血者中加大献血相关知识的宣传力度,更大限度地将这些人群加入到固定献血队伍中去。

Objective To understand the status and structural characteristics of hepatitis C in unpaid blood donors in Qujing area,and to provide evidence for blood donors recruiting low-risk groups.Methods From June 2015 to December 2017,101 141 blood donors in the region were tested for anti-HCV by two different manufacturers'enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)reagents,as well as a manufacturer's mixed nucleic acid test and detection.The results were statistically analyzed with gender,age,education level,occupation,etc.Results Students and military personnel,teachers and company employees,civil servants and medical staff at university colleges and above should be blood donors for low-risk groups recruited in the region.Conclusion The publicity of blood donation-related knowledge should be increased among blood donors of low-risk groups such as students and military personnel,teachers and company employees,civil servants and medical staff at university colleges and above,and these people should be added to the fixed blood donation team to a greater extent.
