国内外中小学生急救培训现状及对策研究

Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Primary and Secondary School Students' First Aid Training

笔者对国内外中小学生急救培训政策体制、培训师资、培训方式等方面进行综述,发现我国和发达国家的中小学生急救培训之间存在很大差距。笔者借鉴发达国家先进的教育培训方法,结合我国实际情况,提出了对我国中小学生开展急救培训的策略,如制定相应的法律法规;提供资金支持;加强急救师资培训;编制适合学生的培训教材;通过多元化途径开展培训等。

The author summarizes the policy system,training teachers and training methods of primary and secondary school students at home and abroad,and finds that there is a big gap between primary and secondary school students in China and developed countries.The author draws on the advanced education and training methods of developed countries,combined with the actual situation in China,puts forward strategies for first-aid training for primary and middle school students in China,such as formulating corresponding laws and regulations;providing financial support;strengthening training for first-aid teachers;and preparing training materials suitable for students;Training through a diverse approach.
