医生职业行为能够对医疗服务质量和效率起决定性作用,并与患者的健康产出密切相关,这就致使对医生职业行为的合理性的追求包括提升其质量效果和经济效率是当前研究的重中之重。该研究从社会医学视角下出发,通过分析医生行为问题的内涵和特点、指出其行为问题的重要性和存在的潜在问题,并探讨对医生行为问题的研究局限性,使用这一新的视野来更新对医生职业行为的研究,其可引导更多医生将职业行为改善,从而使其职业行为得到合理改进。

The professional behavior of doctors can play a decisive role in the quality and efficiency of medical services,and is closely related to the health output of patients.This makes the pursuit of rationality of doctors'professional behaviors including improving their quality and economic efficiency extremely necessary.This study starts from the perspective of social medicine,analyzes the connotation and characteristics of doctors'behavior problems,points out the importance of its behavioral problems and potential problems,and explores the limitations of research on doctor behavior,using this new vision to update research on the professional behavior of doctors can lead more doctors to improve their professional behaviors,so that their professional behavior can be reasonably improved.
