Development of Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension and Prospects for Optimal Antihypertensive Strategies

近年来,患上高血压的患者越来越多,且逐步呈现出上升大趋势。高血压的出现常常也会诱发一系列的心血管疾病,防治高血压并探索出最优的降压策略能够有效地提升高血压的治疗水平。为此,本文对不同国家高血压防治指南的发展进行分析,从而探究具体的降压策略。

In recent years,there have been more and more patients suffering from high blood pressure,and gradually showed an upward trend.The emergence of high blood pressure often induces a series of cardiovascular diseases,prevention and treatment of hypertension and the exploration of optimal antihypertensive strategies can effectively improve the treatment level of hypertension.To this end,this paper analyzes the development of guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in different countries,and explores specific antihypertensive strategies.
