延续性护理在老年糖尿病患者低血糖知识和生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Continuous Nursing on Hypoglycemia Knowledge and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Diabetes

目的分析延续性护理在老年糖尿病患者低血糖知识和生活质量的影响。方法选择2016年5月—2018年5月该院收治的89例该院收治的在老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其分为两组,对照组44例,观察组45例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受延续性护理,分析结果。结果该组内,102例患者中,89例进入最终统计结果。13例失访,随访率为87.25%。和对照组相比,观察组干预后对于低血糖知识了解水平明显更高(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,观察组受试者干预后生活质量明显更高(P<0.05)。结论对于中老年2型糖尿病患者,开展延续性护理干预,不但能够有效提升病患,对于低血糖知识知晓水平,促进疾病转归。另外也能经过与患者紧密联系,可改善护患关系,提升质量水平以及生活质量,因此值得进一步在临床中推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effects of continuous nursing on hypoglycemia knowledge and quality of life in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods 89 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups,44 in the control group and 45 in the observation group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received continuous care and analyzed the results.Results Of the 102 patients in this group,89 entered the final statistical results.13 patients were lost to follow-up,and the follow-up rate was 87.25%.Compared with the control group,the level of knowledge of hypoglycemia was significantly higher in the observation group after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion In middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,continuous nursing intervention can not only effectively improve patients,but also know the level of knowledge of hypoglycemia and promote disease outcome.In addition,it can also improve the relationship between nurses and patients,improve the quality level and quality of life through close contact with patients,so it is worth further promotion in clinical use.
