胰岛素泵在糖尿病性肱骨骨折患者治疗中的应用价值

The Value of Insulin Pump in the Treatment of Patients with Diabetic Tibiofibular Fracture

目的探究胰岛素泵在糖尿病性肱骨骨折患者治疗中的应用价值。方法以该院2016年10月—2018年10月收治的66例糖尿病性肱骨骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(A组,33例)和对照组(B组,33例),予B组胰岛素皮下注射控制血糖,予A组胰岛素泵持续泵入稳定血糖,观察并比较两组血糖达标时间、术前术后血糖水平及并发症的发生情况。结果术前两组血糖水平无显著差异,术后A组血糖水平显著低于B组(P<0.05);与B组相较,A组血糖达标时间显著缩短(P<0.05);A组并发症种类及数量均显著低于B组(P<0.05)。结论予糖尿病性肱骨骨折患者胰岛素泵持续皮下注射胰岛素可有效控制血糖平稳,缩短血糖达标时间,同时对降低术后并发症的发生具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the value of insulin pump in the treatment of patients with diabetic tibiofibular fracture.Methods 66 patients with diabetic tibiofibular fractures admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(group A,33 cases)and control group(group B,33 cases).Group B insulin subcutaneous injection to control blood glucose,group A insulin pump continued to pump stable blood glucose,observe and compare the two groups of blood glucose compliance time,preoperative and postoperative blood glucose levels and complications.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups before operation.The blood glucose level of group A was significantly lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Compared with group B,the blood glucose compliance time of group A was significantly shorter(P<0.05).The type and number of symptoms were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous insulin injection of insulin into patients with diabetic tibiofibular fractures can effectively control blood glucose stability,shorten blood glucose compliance time,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
