甘精胰岛素联合伏格列波糖治疗老年糖尿病临床有效率分析

摘要 目的分析甘精胰岛素联合伏格列波糖治疗老年糖尿病的临床有效率。方法选取2016年10月—2018年10月为研究时期,对象82例在此时间内接受治疗的老年糖尿病患者,随机分为参照组(格列齐特联合伏格列波糖)和治疗组(甘精胰岛素联合伏格列波糖)。比较两组不同疗法的临床效果。结果组间比较,治疗组患者的空腹、餐后2 h、糖化血红蛋白控制效果更为显著,临床疗效更为确切,用药不良反应少,数据间比较,数据差差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病患者治疗期间,采用甘精胰岛素联合伏格列波糖治疗,患者血糖水平明显得到控制,临床治疗有效性更高,适合临床推荐。
