中药消渴丸用于气阴两虚型2型糖尿病治疗疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Chinese Medicine Xiaoke Pills on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Deficiency of Qi and Yin

目的分析评价中药消渴丸用于气阴两虚型2型糖尿病治疗的疗效。方法该次采取随机盲选法,将该院于2017年1月—2018年1月收治的88例2型糖尿病患者分为观察组44例给予中药消渴丸治疗,对照组44例给予常规西医药物治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果①在空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖方面,治疗前两组均无明显差异(P>0.05);经积极治疗后,观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。②在治疗总有效率方面,观察组为95.45%,和对照组的75.00%对比明显更高。结论在临床中,针对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者,给予中药消渴丸治疗疗效显著;因此,具备推广及应用的价值。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine Xiaoke Pills in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi and Yin deficiency.Methods A randomized blind selection method was used to classify 88 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.44 patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine Xiaoke Pill,and 44 patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine drug treatment,comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results 1.There was no significant difference between the two groups before fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(P>0.05).After active treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).2.In the total effective rate of treatment,the observation group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than the 75.00%of the control group.Conclusion In the clinical practice,the treatment of Chinese medicine Xiaoke Pills is effective for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with qi and yin deficiency;therefore,it has the value of promotion and application.
