探讨老年糖尿病并发低血糖的护理措施

Discussion on Nursing Measures for Elderly Patients with Diabetes Complicated with Hypoglycemia

目的研究分析老年糖尿病很低血糖患者的临床护理方式,为临床护理提供参考。方法根据2014年1月—2016年2月该院接收的老年糖尿病很低血糖患者进行分析研究,将患者分成了常规组合个体化组,常规组使用普通护理,个体化组使用个体护理,对两组的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果个体化组患者的临床护理有效率比常规组高,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。个体组患者的遵医嘱行为、饮食行为、运动行为要比常规组高,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组组的社会功能、心里健康等指标在护理前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过护理后,个体组的各项指标比常规组优秀,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病合并低血糖患者接受个体化护理,可以让患者的血糖水平得到改善,提升患者的遵医嘱行为,改善患者的生存质量,临床中可以进行推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical nursing methods of elderly patients with diabetes with very low blood glucose,and provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods According to the analysis of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus who received very low blood glucose from January 2014 to February 2016,the patients were divided into conventional combined individualized groups.The regular group used general nursing,and the individualized group used individual nursing.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical nursing efficiency of the individualized group was higher than that of the conventional group.The results were statistically different(P<0.05).The compliance behavior,dietary behavior,and exercise behavior of the individual group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the results were statistically different(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in social function and mental health between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After nursing,the indicators of the individual group were better than the conventional group,and the results were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized care for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypoglycemia can improve the patient's blood glucose level,improve the patient's compliance behavior,improve the patient's quality of life,and promote it in clinical practice.
