乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病患者化疗期间的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Patients with Breast Cancer Complicated with Type 2Diabetes during Chemotherapy

目的乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病患者化疗期间的护理体会。方法选择该院于2016年2月—2018年8月间收治的42例乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病化疗患者,按照随机数字表法将患者划分为观察组与对照组,各21例,观察组采用综合护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,评价两组患者血糖控制情况与生活质量评分。结果干预后观察组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白结果均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病化疗患者采用综合护理干预可维持血糖稳定,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the nursing experience of patients with breast cancer complicated with type 2 diabetes during chemotherapy.Methods A total of 42 patients with breast cancer and type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from Feburary 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention.The control group used routine care to evaluate the glycemic control and quality of life scores of the two groups.Results After intervention,the results of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer and type 2 diabetes can maintain stable blood glucose and improve patients'quality of life.
