针对性护理应用在甲状腺功能亢进伴糖尿病患者护理中的效果观察

Effect of Targeted Nursing on the Nursing of Patients with Hyperthyroidism and Diabetes

目的研究针对性护理应用在甲状腺功能亢进伴糖尿病患者护理中的效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年6月期间在该院就诊的80例甲状腺功能亢进伴糖尿病患者,利用抽签法,分为两组,每组40例;实验组行针对性护理措施,参照组行常规护理措施,比较两组临床效果。结果实验组经护理后,血糖水平明显好转,护理满意度提升,优于参照组,组间检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论针对性护理用于甲状腺功能亢进伴糖尿病患者中,护理效果良好,值得在临床医学中推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing care in the nursing of patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes.Methods Eighty patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.The experimental group performed targeted nursing measures.According to the routine nursing measures of the group,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the nursing of the experimental group,the blood glucose level improved significantly,and the nursing satisfaction increased,which was better than the reference group and the inter-group test,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted care for patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes,the effect of care is good,it is worth promoting in clinical medicine.
