正常成人腰椎间盘的DWI初步研究

Preliminary study of DWI in lumbar disc of normal adult

目的:应用DWI探讨正常成人腰椎间盘髓核平均ADC值的正常值,并分析椎间盘髓核平均ADC值随年龄及解剖位置的变化规律。方法:收集行腰椎间盘髓核MRI检查的成人健康志愿者53例。测量并记录志愿者的各椎间盘髓核ADC值。结果:53例腰椎间盘髓核平均ADC值为(1.73±0.24)×10^-3mm^2/s,不同解剖层面的腰椎间盘髓核平均ADC值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。18~30岁组、31~45岁组、46~60岁组的腰椎间盘髓核ADC值分别为(1.88±0.15)×10^-3mm^2/s、(1.75±0.11)×10^-3mm^2/s、(1.55±0.19)×10^-3mm^2/s,3个年龄组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘的解剖位置对正常成人腰椎间盘髓核平均ADC值影响不大,但随着年龄增长,ADC值有降低趋势。

Objective:To discuss the ADC value of the lumbar disks in health adults using DWI,and to analyze the changes between the ADC value and the age,anatomical location.Methods:A total of 53 normal volunteers were examined in our hospital with MRI.The ADC value of lumbar disc were measured and recorded in normal volunteers.Results:The ADC value of lumbar discs was(1.73±0.24)×10^-3 mm^2/s in normal volunteers.There was no significant differences of the ADC value in anatomical location(P>0.05).The ADC value of lumbar discs was(1.88±0.15)×10^-3 mm^2/s,(1.75±0.11)×10^-3 mm^2/s,(1.55±0.19)×10^-3 mm^2/s in 18~30 years old group,31~45 years old group,46~60 years old group,respectively.There were significant differences of the ADC value in the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The mean ADC value of lumbar disc has no significant relationship with anatomical location,but as the age increases,the ADC value decreases.
