摘要
采用多案例分析法,在相关文献述评的基础上,通过数据搜集、整理相关数据,结合各大企评网,重点探讨分析保险行业四家上市公司的人力资源与其构建的企业文化,以及两者之间的关系,说明了企业文化构建视角人力资源管理对企业绩效产生影响。研究发现:人力资源管理会影响企业绩效,有效科学合理地进行人力资源管理,有利于获得较好的企业绩效;企业文化的构建影响企业绩效,良好的企业文化可以提升企业的绩效水平,而人力资源作为企业中最具能动性的要素也影响企业文化的构建,最后会对企业的绩效产生影响。
Based on the review of relevant literatures, this paper adopts the multi-case analysis method, by collecting and collating the relevant data through Guotai'an database, combining with each big enterprise evaluation of network,and the paper mainly discusses the analysis the human resources and the corporate culture of the four companies in the insurance industry,as well as the relationship between the human resources and the corporate culture.Finally, the article shows that human resource management has an impact on enterprise performance.It is found that human resource management can affect enterprise performance and carry out human resource management effectively and scientifically, which can help to achieve better corporate performance;The construction of enterprise culture influence the performance of enterprises, good enterprise culture can improve enterprise performance level of enterprises, and human resources as the most dynamic elements also influence the construction of enterprise culture, ultimately will have an impact on the performance of enterprises;In general, the human resource management in the perspective of enterprise culture construction will affect enterprise performance.
