组织性思维工具图对老年髋部骨折患者照顾者照护能力及患者术后康复效果的影响

Effect of organizational mind tool chart on nursing ability of care-givers and postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture

目的探讨组织性思维工具图对老年髋部骨折患者照顾者照护能力及患者术后康复效果的影响。方法选择2017年1—8月于我院接受手术干预的老年髋部骨折患者50例及其照顾者50名作为对照组,选择2017年9月至2018年4月于我院接受手术干预的老年髋部骨折患者50例及其照顾者50名作为试验组,对照组照顾者接受常规健康教育培训,试验组照顾者通过组织性思维工具图开展康复技能培训,比较两组干预后的各项观察指标。结果试验组照顾者干预后康复训练知识技能评分与健康教育满意度评分显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),试验组患者干预后Harris髋关节功能评分和功能独立性评定量表评分显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论将组织性思维工具图应用于老年髋部骨折患者照顾者康复技能培训实践中,可显著提高照顾者家庭康复知识技能水平,从而提高患者髋关节功能与日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of organizational mind tool chart on nursing ability of care-givers and postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods To select 50 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture who underwent surgical intervention in our hospital from January to August 2017 and 50 caregivers as the control group.A total of 50 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture who underwent surgical intervention in our hospital from September 2017 to April 2018 and 50 caregivers were selected as the experimental group.The care-givers in the control group were given routine health education training,while the care-givers in the experimental group were given rehabilitation skills training through organizational mind tool chart.The observation indexes of the two groups after the intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of rehabilitation knowledge and skills as well as the scores of health education satisfaction of the caregivers in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Harris hip function score and functional independence rating scale of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the organizational mind tool chart to the practice of rehabilitation training for caregivers of elderly patients with hip fracture can significantly improve the level of knowledge and skills of the home care of the caregiver,thus improving the hip function and daily living ability of the patients.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
