综合护理干预在烧伤整形脱细胞异体真皮移植患者中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acellular allogeneic dermal transplantation in burned plastic surgery

目的探讨综合护理干预在烧伤整形脱细胞异体真皮移植患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2月至2017年2月我院收治的烧伤整形患者100例作为观察对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均采用脱细胞异体真皮移植,对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预,比较两组患者皮片成活情况、瘢痕增生程度、瘢痕评分。结果观察组皮片成活率高于对照组(P <0. 05),瘢痕增生程度轻于对照组(P <0. 05),瘢痕评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论综合护理干预应用在烧伤整形脱细胞异体真皮移植患者中,可提高其皮片成活率,减轻瘢痕增生程度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acellular allogeneic dermal transplantation in burned plastic surgery.Methods To select 100 cases of burn orthopedic patients who were admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 as the observation subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly.Both groups were treated with acellular allogeneic dermal transplantation.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing on this basis.The survival of the skin graft,the degree of scar hyperplasia and the score of scar in the two groups were compared.Results The survival rate of skin graft in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of scar hyperplasia in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of scar in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the survival rate of skin graft and reduce the degree of scar hyperplasia in patients with acellular allogeneic dermal transplantation in burned plastic surgery,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
