摘要
鲜食玉米是指具有特殊风味和品质的幼嫩玉米,也称水果玉米,与普通玉米相比,具有甜、糯、嫩、香等特点。随着人民生活水平的提高,市场对鲜食玉米的需求越来越大。本文简要概述了睢宁县鲜食玉米基地的发展现状和发展模式,分析了存在的问题,并提出了发展对策,旨在以特色种植带动农业产业结构调整、带动农民增产增收。
Fresh corn refers to tender corn with special flavors and qualities,also known as fruit corn.Compared with ordinary corn,fresh corn is sweet,waxy,tender and fragrant.With the improvement of people′s living standards,the market demand for fresh corn is increasing.This paper briefly summarized the status,development model of fresh corn base in Suining County,analyzed the existing problems,and proposed the countermeasures,so as to promote the adjustment of agricultural industry structure and increase farmers′ production and income by special planting.
