摘要 针对挠性飞轮形位公差自动在线检测的实际要求,选择飞轮的装夹方式,并研究飞轮装夹方式对检测结果的影响。本文利用CAE技术研究挠性飞轮零件在不同装夹方式下的飞轮变形状况,在系统地分析飞轮变形状况后,提出了一种消除因装夹对飞轮公差检测结果产生影响的优化方案。优化设计了挠性飞轮精度检测的装夹结构,并采用对比分析法进行优化分析得到挠性飞轮精度检测装置的最佳装夹方式,有效地避免了装夹方式对飞轮精度检测结果的影响。 Considering the actual requirements of automatic on-line detection of flexible flywheel shape and position tolerance,the clamping method of flywheel is selected and the influences of flywheel clamping method on the detection results are studied.CAE technology is used to study the deformation state of flexible flywheel parts in different clamping modes.After systematically analyzing the deformation state of the flywheel,an optimization scheme for eliminating the influences of the clamping on the tolerance detection result of the flywheel is proposed.The clamping structure of the flexible flywheel precision detection is optimized and the optimal clamping method of the flexible flywheel precision detecting device is obtained by comparative analysis,which effectively avoids the influences of the clamping method on the precision detection result of the flywheel.
