摘要
随着教育的发展,部分地方普通本科高校要向应用型大学转变。在转型过程中,高校应采取学校与企业联合分段式培养的模式,本文提到应用型大学校企联合人才培养应以"互惠、共赢、共享"为原则,应具备充足的经费、完善的制度和较高的实践教学水平,以"定制度、搭平台、建队伍、树标杆、见效益"为路径,对校企联合人才培养模式的实施效果进行评价。
Along with the development of education,our country advocates that local universities should transform into application-oriented universities,during which the training of application-oriented talents is carried out by the cooperation between universities and enterprises.This paper,based on the guideline of“mutual benefit,win-win result and sharing”,proposes that universities with the mode of the training of talents by the cooperation between universities and enterprises should have adequate funds,well-established regulations and high practice and teaching level,and regards“formulating regulations,establishing platforms,building teams,setting up benchmarks and assessing results”as the implementation route,to assess the implementation effect of this mode.
