摘要
高压连接器用于两节电力机车连挂时,自动连接两节电力机车车顶的25 kV高压电路,并随连挂车钩的对接与脱开而自动实现链接与分离。针对高压连接器结构特点,通过对其试验项及试验过程的分析,完成了试验台结构和功能的设计,达到提高试验效率、降低工人劳动强度的目的。
When the high voltage connector is used for connecting two electric locomotives,it automatically connects the 25 kV high voltage circuit of the roof of two electric locomotives,and automatically realizes the connection and separation with the connection and disconnection of the connecting coupler.According to the structural characteristics of high-voltage connector,through the analysis of its test items and test process,the structure and function of the test bench are designed to improve the test efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
