浅谈油气田管道完整性管理做法

Discussion for Pipeline Integrity Management in Oil and Gas Fields

针对油气田管道的特点和存在的运行风险,中国石油天然气股份有限公司率先在油气田开展了管道完整性管理工作。制定了油气田管道完整性管理"五步法"工作流程——数据采集、高后果区识别和风险评价、检测评价、维修维护、效能评价,提出了以分类分级管理为基础、风险管理为核心、区域管理为手段、日常维护管理为支撑的油气田管道完整性管理做法。通过近几年试点运作,取得良好效果。今后,需要不断探索和完善油气田管道完整性管理理论和技术方法,使完整性管理工作成为提升油气田管道本质安全的重要手段。

In view of the characteristics and unique challenges of pipelines in oil and gas fields,China Petroleum Corporation(CNPC)has pioneered in carrying out pipeline integrity management.This paper expounded "five-step" work flow of pipeline integrity management,including data acquisition,high-consequence areas identification and risk assessment,detection and analysis,maintenance,and effectiveness evaluation.Based on classification and classification management,the pipeline integrity management focused on risk management by mean of regional management and daily maintenance management.In the future,it is necessary to continuously explore and improve the theory and technology of oil and gas pipeline integrity management in order to enhance the intrinsic safety of oil and gas pipelines.
