基于数据分析的山区煤层气管道积液推断方法 被引量:1

摘要 管道内积液是影响煤层气管输效率的主要因素。处于山区的煤层气集输管道内积液受流体介质、管道高程、输送压力、流速等多方面因素影响,存在积液成因复杂、积液点多、分布规律性差等分析难点。本文根据采集气管道设计及工况特点展开研究,建立了基于多源异构数据的管道积液分析模型,对山西沁南煤层气田某管道进行了综合输气效率分析、沿程温降计算、管道地形分析、清管数据校验、积液量计算的数据挖掘,确定出积液滞留位置,并据此安装疏水阀,经措施前后效果对比,验证了该分析方法的有效性。 Fluid accumulation in pipelines was the main factor affecting the efficiency of coal seam gas transportation.In mountainous areas,coalbed methane pipeline fluid accumulation was affected by fluid medium,pipeline elevation,delivery pressure,flow velocity and other factors.The factors caused fluid accumulation were complex for Qinnan coalbed methane pipeline in Shanxi.This paper described the research on setting an analytical model for pipeline effusion based on multi-source heterogeneous data and also discussed data mining and analytics for comprehensive gas transmission efficiency,temperature drop calculation along the pipeline,pipeline topography analysis,pigging data checking and liquid accumulation calculation.The fluid retention points were identified and steam traps were installed according to the research results.The inference method was approved by comparison of results from before and after application.
