摘要
针对四川某地面集输集气干线"周边人口密集"和"高速公路穿越"的高后果区,结合其所在的地理环境、气候条件等特征,构建三维场景模型。为了提高应急处置的高效性和精准度,应用流体动力学软件Flacs开展了三维数值模拟,定量分析了高后果区在不同气候、不同管线破裂程度下的含硫天然气泄漏扩散特点及影响范围,划分出不同泄漏扩散条件下的应急计划区。
A high consequence area in Sichuan is studied,whose surface gathering pipelines are characterized by densely-populated nearby and highway-crossing.Combining with the features such as geographical environment and climate conditions,a three-dimensional scene model is set up.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of emergency response,three-dimensional numerical simulation is carried out with the fluid dynamics software Flacs,to quantitatively analyze the sulfur natural gas leakage diffusion characteristics and its influence scope in the high consequence areas under different climates and different pipeline fracture degrees.The emergency planning area under different leakage and diffusion conditions is divided.
