摘要
针对大型汽车配件结构进行研究,根据实践经验提出2套热流道注塑成型方案。利用Moldflow对比和分析影响产品注塑成型填充的相关参数,对比不同方案下影响产品装配要求的翘曲变形量,确定相对合理的成型方案,并提出该方案的优化建议。
The paper mainly analyses the product structure of large auto spare parts and proposes two hot runner injection molding programs combined with production experience.Moldflow is used to compare and analyze parameters related to filling of injection molding.Special attention is paid on warping deflection affecting product assembly requirements in the two programs.In the end,a reasonable injection molding program is determined and its optimization suggestion is proposed.
