摘要 农产品品牌化一方面可以提高农村人群的收入,推进农产产业升级,另一方面可以提升城市知名度和城市形象,淮安具有悠久的历史文化和淮扬饮食文化,出产众多的特色农产品,建立淮安统一的农产品品牌体系既具有社会经济效益,又具有现实基础。文中首先对淮安农产品、农产品供应链和农产品龙头企业进行了总结分析,提出建立统一的大淮安农产品品牌战略,然后提出农产品供应链模型,最后对供应链模型中关键内容进行了分析阐述。 On the one hand,the branding of agricultural products can increase the income of rural people,promote the upgrading of agricultural industry,and on the other hand,it can enhance the city's popularity and city image.Huai'an has a long history and culture and Huaiyang food culture,producing a large number of special agricultural products.Huai'an unified agricultural product brand system has both social and economic benefits and a realistic foundation.Firstly,the paper summarizes and analyzes the Huai'an agricultural products,agricultural product supply chain and agricultural product leading enterprises,proposes to establish a unified Dahuai'an agricultural product brand strategy,and then proposes the agricultural product supply chain model.Finally,the key content of the supply chain model is analyzed and elaborated.
