Promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way is an important goal of deepening the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture.Based on the perspective of strategic reform,this paper establishes a balanced scorecard model for agricultural products logistics from the four levels of finance,customer,internal process,learning and innovation.The article enriches the research on logistics enterprise performance evaluation methods and is important for improving the logistics level of agricultural products significance.
