关于北京市砂石骨料铁路绿色供应链发展分析

Analysis on the Development of Sandstone Aggregate Green Supply Chain Railway in Beijing

按照2018年中央经济工作会议提出的"调整运输结构,增加铁路运量"和全国环境保护工作会议上提出的"推动大宗物流由公路运输转向铁路运输"的政策导向,交通运输结构已经提升到与产业结构、能源结构同等重要的位置上来。文中通过与河北省承德市、保定市下辖的十余个砂石料生产企业进行研讨,初步设想对建设北京市绿色砂石骨料供应基地的规划,并结合调研情况制定铁路运输解决方案,融入北京市砂石料绿色供应链方案。

According to the "adjustment of transport structure,increase railway traffic volume" and the policy orientation of "promoting bulk logistics from road transport to railway transportation" put forward by the 2018 Central Economic Work Conference,the transport structure has been upgraded to the same important position as industrial structure and energy structure.In this program,through with Chengde,Hebei province,Baoding under the jurisdiction of more than 10 sandstone production enterprises to discuss,the preliminary idea of the construction of Beijing Green sandstone aggregate supply base planning,and combined with the investigation of the development of railway transport solutions,integrated into the Beijing sandstone green Supply chain program.
