超声在乳腺内钙化灶诊断中的作用

Role of Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Calcification in the Breast

目的探讨超声评估乳腺内钙化灶对乳腺肿块良恶性判断的重要价值.方法选择通过超声检查发现有钙化灶的84例乳腺疾病患者资料,重点观察钙化灶的大小及数目、分布、形态特点,同时常规观察肿瘤的形态及边界、内部回声、检测结果与病理资料,进行数据分析.结果通过检测,有钙化灶的84例乳腺疾病患者中合并肿块者77例,单独发生者7例.病理结果提示恶性肿瘤有36例,良性疾病有48例.恶性肿瘤主要是浸润性导管癌,良性主要以纤维腺瘤居多;恶性肿瘤以簇状钙化居多,良性以斑块状钙化为主.结论乳腺内钙化灶检出率以及钙化灶判断准确性的提高对乳腺疾病良恶性的诊断和鉴别具有重要价值.

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast calcified lesions.Method 84 patients with breast diseases who were found calcified lesions by ultrasound were selected,and observed the characteristic of calcified lesions and masses,recorded the pathological results,and analyzed the data.Results 84 cases of breast disease with calcification were examined,77 cases were with masses,7 cases were calcification alone.Pathological results showed that there were 36 cases of malignant tumor and 48 cases of benign disease.Malignant tumor is mainly invasive ductal carcinoma,benign disease is mainly fibroadenoma.The majority of malignant tumors are clustered calcification,and the benign ones are plaque calcification.Conclusion Increasing the detection rate of calcified lesions in breast and improving the accuracy of calcified lesions judgment are of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast diseases.
