摘要
对东汉·张仲景《伤寒论》中药物炮制方法"熬"进行探讨,阐明"熬"在《伤寒论》中的正确寓意,并且对使用牡蛎的条文及方药进行逐条分析,总结仲景使用牡蛎方法与目的,并与现代中医师应用牡蛎的方法"先煎"及目的进行对比,区分两者的用法与目的,给经方中牡蛎的应用提供新的方法。
Discussing the processing method boil of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Eastern Han Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatise on Febrile Diseases,Clarifying the correct meaning of boil in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.And analyzing the articles and prescriptions of oysters one by one,summarizing the method and purpose of using oysters in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,also comparing them with the methods of “first frying” and the purpose of modern Chinese herbalist doctor to applying the oysters,and distinguishing the usage and purpose of the two. Providing new method for the application of oysters shell in the classical prescription.
